The same surfaces that have to survive furnace temperatures also have to shed heat efficiently, and those two demands usually pull against each other. NilTech develops synergistic water-and-foam anti-fire coatings for exactly that conflict.
The system is engineered to insulate furnace structures, improve cooling efficiency where heat needs to leave, and raise the margin of safety around both — rather than treating fire protection as a layer added once the thermal design is finished.
