Formulation work against that specification — polymer selection, nano-scale surface behaviour, additive and compatibiliser systems — iterated in our own lab rather than outsourced, which is what keeps the loop short.

Samples produced at a scale you can actually handle, so the material is judged on your equipment and in your conditions instead of on a datasheet.

Performance validation
Structured testing against the agreed targets: barrier, adhesion, thermal and shelf-life behaviour — plus the failure modes that matter on a real line, not only the ones that are convenient to measure.
